OUR MISSION
Level Plans Limited is a sister company to Level Construction Limited, based in Guildford, Surrey.

We created Level Plans after identifying a common challenge faced by homeowners looking to extend their properties. Many clients have a vision for their home improvements, but are unsure of the associated costs or what fits within their budget.
Our goal is to provide clarity on the true costs and feasibility of their ideas, helping them make informed decisions about what they can afford, all before investing in architect drawings.

We can then assist with the entire planning process, from the application and building regulations to the construction of the project, if desired.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS

Consultation
We’ll discuss your ideas and suggest ways to maximise the potential of your space.

Outline Drawings
We’ll put together some outline plans and tweak as necessary.

Estimate
We’ll provide a detailed, itemised estimate based on the outline drawings.
We’ve made the mistake before of paying an architecht to design a project before knowing whether or not we could afford to do the work. Level Plans made it much easier to assess our affordability before getting too far into the process”
